Fluffy Havanese Pups

~We are asking $1,500 for each puppy.  The reason that we have set our price as we have is because we are hand raising these puppies.  They are a part of our family.  We are there for conception, birth, and as they grow.  We hand delivered the puppies right in our home.  They are seldom alone.  We suspect that a place that sells a puppy for much less probably doesn't invest much time and energy into the litter. They probably have a large breeding program and several litters for sale at one time.  These puppies do not get socialized and may even live in a barn or shed until they are sold.  This is not the life that any puppy should start with.  We invest a great amount of time into our puppies, and many go to there new homes already crate trained, leash trained, and partially housebroken.  We truely give them the greatest start in life that we can.  Our puppies also know how to go up and down a flight of stairs by about 9 weeks old, which is very uncommon to find.

~We will not ship, because we feel that the puppies are too small to fly alone.  We would also prefer that you meet the puppy in person, as the pictures tell nothing of their personality. 

~We do not sell our puppies for breeding purposes.  You must sign a contract saying that you do not intend to breed the puppy and will get him/her spayed/neutered at the age that your vets advises.

~When you come to pick up the puppy, we have an transition package available that includes a training crate with bed, a bag of dry puppy food, puppy size collar and leash, a bottle of vitamins, a training book , a food dish, and loofa dog toy for an additional $150. The puppies are already accustomed to these crates, and taking the crate would help them adjust quickly to their new home.   

~The puppies come with registration papers for APRI and ACA.  Our puppies are not AKC, but they are purebred and come with pedigrees and registration papers.

~The puppies come with the appropriate vaccinations per the age that you receive them at. 

~Puppies are introduced to paper, leash, and crate training.

~We put so much time into each litter, it would not be fair to our dogs to add any more adult dogs to our breeding program.  Because of this, we seldom have litters available.  As of the Spring of 2009, we intend to have a litter of puppies roughly every six months.

~When you come to pick your puppy, we will ask you to sign a contract and leave your $500 deposit.  If you are ready to take the puppy home at that time, we would need your full balance in cash on that day.  Click on the link below to view a sample contract and health guarantee.
